Now in its 24th year, the Washington Health Law Summit offers timely, in-depth discussions on the most pressing policy and regulatory issues impacting the healthcare industry.

This year's program brings together policymakers, senior government officials, former enforcement leaders, and experienced industry counsel for candid discussions on the legal and operational implications of recent federal developments. Topics include fraud and abuse enforcement, managed care, behavioral health, digital health and AI, privacy, and consolidation.

Speakers will also explore how recent Supreme Court decisions, along with other pending federal and state cases, could shape the future of agency authority and oversight, and what that may mean for healthcare organizations in the year ahead.

On December 9th, partner Adam Greene will be joining the panel "Legal Developments in Health Information Privacy." The session will cover key developments affecting organizations that handle health data, including recent HIPAA rulings, updates to 42 CFR part 2, new state health data privacy laws, FTC enforcement activity, and CMS's Interoperability Framework.
