LSI's Electric Power in the West

Craig Gannett, a partner in DWT's energy practice, will serve as program co-chair at Law Seminars International's Electric Power in the West conference on January 29–30 in Seattle.

Craig will help lead the program and open the conference with a discussion on key developments affecting the Western power sector, including regulatory trends, load growth, and the evolving landscape for transmission and resource adequacy.

On January 30th, Mike Kunselman, also a partner in DWT's energy practice, will moderate the panel on Regional Market Operations. The session will cover current market design efforts, governance proposals, and what these changes may mean for utilities, developers, and power providers across the West.
