Project Agreements

  • Obtaining local consents, waivers, and approvals, including from the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC)
  • North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) compliance
  • Complying with renewable portfolio standards
  • Satisfying greenhouse gas emission reduction requirements

Permitting, Environmental & Land Use
