We're delighted to sponsor the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA - The Tech Bar) Florida Chapter's upcoming event, "Surfing the Waves: A Beachside Chat with Adam Candeub, General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission," on Thursday, June 18, from 12:00–1:30 p.m. ET.

Hosted at our Washington, D.C., office and available virtually, this program will explore key issues shaping the communications landscape. The conversation will begin by "surfing the waves" of spectrum policy, then turn to satellite permit reform and recent FCC rulemakings aimed at fostering a competitive and innovative space-based telecommunications marketplace. The final segment will discuss FCC efforts to improve access to critical communications infrastructure, including pole attachments, conduit, and rights-of-way.

The discussion will be moderated by FCBA Florida Chapter Co-Chairs Will Cox of Florida Power & Light and our own Matthew Tuchman.

Attendees may join in-person at our Washington, D.C., office or virtually. Lunch will be provided for in-person guests.
