The Oregon Land Use Law conference is a must for land use practitioners, planners, federal, state and local government employees, land use decision makers, developers, citizens and anyone who works and participates in the Oregon land use system—whether it be the private or public sector. Come join your land use colleagues and learn the latest of what's happening in this interesting and ever-changing area of law.

On December 11, associate Caroline Cilek will host the panel "Data Centers–An Overview of Recent State and Local Government Actions." This session will cover recent state and local government land use actions related to data centers, including moratoria and land use code amendments. The discussion will also include key takeaways on land use and community planning from Governor-directed Oregon Data Center Advisory Committee’s final report, and touch on the Oregon Public Utility Commission's implementation of the Protecting Oregonians With Energy Responsibility Act, known as the POWER Act.
