The Indiana House of Representatives recently passed a bill that would allow physicians, physician assistants, and advanced-practice nurses to write prescriptions for remote patients, if certain conditions are met. Indiana is one of many states in recent years to consider legislation to improve access to telemedicine; however, the legal landscape surrounding telemedicine continues to vary significantly from state to state.
