APRIL 1, 2016 – Rochelle Spandorf, a partner in the Los Angeles office of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, has been named a "Legal Eagle" for 2016 by Franchise Times magazine—her sixth consecutive year receiving the honor.
The Legal Eagles list is designed to identify the very best franchise attorneys, as judged by their clients, peers, and the Franchise Times editorial board. Honorees are recognized as the most skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate lawyers in the franchise community.
Ms. Spandorf is widely known as one of the country’s leading franchising lawyers. She has more than three decades of experience representing franchisors, manufacturers, licensors, suppliers, franchisees, and distributors in their domestic and international expansion and strategic development. She concentrates her practice on a broad spectrum of transactional and regulatory matters for clients in all industry sectors, from startups to mature public companies.
