He has more than two decades of experience before the FERC, state utility commissions, and federal appellate courts. He joined Davis Wright from Alston & Bird a year ago.
Chambers described him as bringing "a wealth of experience in regulatory matters pertaining to wholesale power markets, including market expansion and rate calculation." Chambers researchers reported that Greene "is deeply knowledgeable about the topic and able to discuss nuanced and highly complex situations comfortably." Green was ranked in the guide for Privacy & Data Security: Healthcare in the U.S. The firm as a whole was listed as a leader in this practice area as well.
