Oct. 13 2021 – Bloomberg Law has named Davis Wright Tremaine LLP to a nationwide list of firms that have distinguished themselves on a key set of DEI metrics.
The inaugural Bloomberg Law Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Framework measures law firm performance across six core pillars: demographics, leadership and talent pipeline, recruitment and retention, business innovation and strategy, DEI in the community, and marketing. The scoring methodology also evaluates firms on their transparency.
Just 28 firms nationwide achieved scores that met the threshold to be included in this year's listing. Davis Wright Tremaine exceeded—in some cases, significantly—the average firm score across all six pillars.
