MARCH 8, 2022 – Coming off a year of significant growth across all of its strategic areas of focus, Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has named Michael Nguyen as Director of Lawyer Talent Acquisition.
Nguyen has extensive experience leading and developing diverse teams at AmLaw 50 firms, most recently at Greenberg Traurig, where he oversaw all levels of attorney recruitment for the firm's five California offices. He was also responsible for the firm's law student recruiting programs nationwide, with a particular emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Nguyen brings to Davis Wright nearly two decades of experience across all facets of attorney recruiting, including the guidance of law student, associate, and partner-level candidates at every stage of the hiring process, as well as integration and review. He's an active member of key industry groups, including the National Association of Legal Professionals, the National Association of Legal Search Consultants, the Bay Area Legal Recruiting Association, and the Los Angeles Area Legal Recruitment Association.
