JUNE 2, 2023 –Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has been recognized by Seramount as one of the 50 leading law firms for recruiting, retaining, developing, and advancing women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with disabilities, and those from other underrepresented communities. With Davis Wright being recognized 10 times since the annual list's inception, the firm earns a place in Seramount's Hall of Fame.
By means of a broad and detailed survey, Seramount ranked participating firms on gender representation, racial and ethnic representation, benefits and career flexibility, and overall best practices. Davis Wright was ranked among the top 50, reflecting the firm's ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone at the firm, including those who have been historically underrepresented in the legal industry, can have and can see a path to success.
