JUNE 27, 2023 – Davis Wright Tremaine LLP has been honored with the State Bar of California's new DEI Leadership Seal, which recognizes research-driven actions that further workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Davis Wright was one of just 18 law firms included in the inaugural cohort of Leadership Seal honorees. The firm was awarded the silver seal, recognizing legal employers that have implemented at least seven of the bar's evidence-based action items.
"We're working everyday to embed DEI across our firm in a sustainable and meaningful way," said Camilo Echavarria, Davis Wright's Los Angeles partner-in-charge, who is also chair of the firm's executive committee and a member of the firm's Diversity Executive Council.
