Camilo Echavarria

He also conducts internal investigations and provides his clients with practical employment advice in their day-to-day operations. Camilo helps clients navigate California's complicated employment laws while understanding the need to run a profitable and successful business.

Camilo specializes in defending and advising clients in the entertainment, healthcare, financial services, and retail industries. Camilo's clients include Amazon Studios, Big Indie Pictures, Warner Music Group, Providence Health & Services, Sonic Healthcare, Amazon.com Services, and Dollar Tree Stores. With two decades of experience including as in-house counsel for NBC Universal, Camilo has firsthand knowledge of cost-effective ways to partner with clients and provide responsive, results-oriented counsel.

Camilo is a champion for diverse attorneys. He is the Chair of the firm's Executive Committee, and a member of the firm's Diversity Executive Counsel that oversees all diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at the firm. Camilo also has served in leadership roles at the Hispanic National Bar Association, the California Minority Counsel Program, and other diversity-focused organizations.
