SEPT. 11, 2025 – Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is pleased to welcome Alidad Damooei, an experienced corporate transactional lawyer, as a partner in the firm's growing Los Angeles office.
Damooei brings to DWT more than 12 years of corporate transactional experience, including a combined decade at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP. He most recently built a significant practice at the business law firm Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth.
Damooei represents public and private companies, private equity funds (and their portfolio companies), independent sponsors, and founders in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, and rollovers. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including retail and consumer products, food and beverage, restaurants, real estate, technology, aerospace and defense, and healthcare.
