JUNE 11, 2026 – Emilie Woodhead, an attorney with more than 20 years' experience defending clients in a full range of employment disputes, has joined Davis Wright Tremaine LLP as a partner in Los Angeles.
Woodhead concentrates her practice on wage and hour class action litigation, as well as advising employers in wage and hour compliance under California and federal law. She also regularly handles matters involving claims of discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

She draws on her deep expertise as a litigator to provide strategic, experience-based counseling on how workplace policies and practices perform under the pressures of litigation.
Woodhead joins DWT from Winston & Strawn LLP, where she's practiced since 2006. She received her B.A. from UC Berkley and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
