Money Transmitters Regulators Association

The Money Transmitters Regulators Association (MTRA) is a national association consisting of state authorities in charge of regulating money transmitters and the sale of traveler’s checks, money orders, drafts and other money instruments.  Their annual conference involves an examiners school, which is limited to MTRA members only, and a public conference involving speakers on money transmission issues.
