Mandatory Electronic Filing of FCC Forms 320, 322, 324 and 325 Via the Cable Operations and Licensing System (COALS)

The FCC announced today that, effective February 1, 2005, mandatory electronic filing will commence for the following cable-related Forms:

FCC Form 320 - Basic Signal Leakage
FCC Form 322 - Cable Community Registration
FCC Form 324 - Operator, Mail Address, and Operational Information Changes
FCC Form 325 - Annual Report on Cable Television Systems

After January 31, 2005, paper versions of these forms will only be accepted when accompanied by a request for waiver of the electronic filing requirement.

The electronic filing system can be accessed via the internet at www.FCC.gov/coals. Instructions for use of COALS and assistance are also available at this internet site.
