This two-hour program held at Davis Wright Tremaine's Los Angeles office covered prevention of sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation in the workplace, and included opportunities to ask questions and participate in the discussion.

This program was aimed at teaching practical skills and avoiding common management pitfalls to benefit supervisors at all levels of an organization. In addition, the program satisfied California's requirement that all supervisors be trained, within six months of becoming a supervisor and every two years thereafter, in preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
