"Pear v. the United States," Newseum, Washington, D.C.

The issues involved in the Apple cell phone controversy were argued in front of a mock U.S. Supreme Court held at the Newseum as "Pear v. the United States."

Experts in First Amendment law, cyber security, civil liberties and national security issues made up the eight-member High Court, and legal teams represented "Pear" and the government.

DWT Partners Bob Corn-Revere and Ronald London argued the case for Pear.
