The Issues/Programs lists and other quarterly broadcast station filings originally required to be posted online to each station’s public inspection file by January 10, 2019 (see our prior advisory here) must now be posted online by February 11, 2019. Although the federal government was shut down for 35 days, the FCC suspended most operations for 23 days, from January 3 to January 25, 2019. During that time, some of the Commission’s filing and database systems were unavailable. Other relevant filing date changes are set forth in this Public Notice released by the FCC late yesterday.
