DWT of counsel John Seiver took part in this roundtable of outside and member company lawyers to discuss how they are addressing a number of legal problems—including COVID-19, DMCA and privacy law issues—in member companies. They examined how the Cox litigation has affected the manner in which member companies are handling DMCA issues and discussed practical solutions and best practices in dealing with COVID-19 and the increase in privacy laws such as the CCPA.
