During this presentation, DWT partner Joseph Hoag and DWT counsel Sarah Ames Benedict reviewed federal and state-specific OSHA requirements. OSHA complaints and investigations have increased over the last year, due in large part to employee-raised concerns regarding workplace safety during COVID-19. Employers in industries that are not traditionally the subject of OSHA inspections must now be prepared for audits.
