  • GoodBelly maker NextFoods announced that it acquired Cheribundi, a functional tart cherry juice brand, for an undisclosed amount.
  • Aqua Cultured Foods, a foodtech startup that utilizes a mycoprotein fermentation process to develop seafood alternatives, announced that it raised $5.5 million in seed funding.
  • JackBe, a curbside drive-thru grocer company, announced that it raised $11.5 million in funding.
