- Coca-Cola announced that it has partnered with eight bottling companies to launch a $137.7 million VC fund focused on investments in sustainability companies.
- Agthia Group PJSC, a UAE food and beverage company, launched a $54 million corporate VC fund focused on investments in emerging food and beverage brands. The CVC will be co-managed with Touchdown Ventures.
- Bobbie, an organic infant formula startup, announced that it closed $70 million in its Series C round. The company used part of the proceeds to acquire Nature’s One, a pediatric nutrition company.
- Allonnia, a biotech startup company focused on waste management, announced that it raised $30 million in its recent fundraising round.
- Naked Life, a non-alcoholic emerging brand, announced that is raised $3 million equity crowdfunding.

- Ankur Capital is an India-based early-stage venture capital fund that focuses on sectors such as agritech, food, healthcare, financial, logistics, retail, and education, among others.
- The size of Ankur's investments range from $500K to $5 million.
