- Branded egg producer Eggoz, based in India, raised $20 million in a Series C round to strengthen its market presence, expand into new locations, and invest in technology.
- Polish startup Proteine Resources raised $11.2 million to build an automated factory to produce premium alternative protein food for pets.
- Beverage and supplement startup Neutonic raised $3.7 million in its first funding round, with plans to scale its workforce and increase distribution.
- Brazilian startup Future Cow raised $4.85 million to scale up its production of animal-free dairy proteins via fermentation.
- Danone's North America Medical Nutrition business completed its acquisition of Kate Farms, a US provider of plant-based clinical nutritional formulas, from Novo Holdings.
