Mark Anishchenko is a member of DWT's healthcare practice group. He concentrates his practice on representing hospitals and healthcare providers in managed care disputes involving complex medical billing and reimbursement matters. Mark has also litigated commercial disputes in the construction, food and beverage, agricultural, and financial services industries. He assists clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-suit risk assessment and management to case strategy through trial.
Mark graduated from the University of California Davis Law School – King Hall, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review. While at King Hall, Mark also conducted research at separate internships for the California State Assembly and a district attorney's office in the Sacramento area.
