Allyson Bach
Associate
Allyson Bach is a zealous advocate and tenacious litigator in high-stakes employment disputes. With significant experience defending employers against class and representative actions and other complex lawsuits, Allyson is prepared to help her clients defend and navigate an array of employment challenges. She also has expertise defending employers against state and federal claims for wrongful termination, employment discrimination, and retaliation. With each client, Allyson seeks to understand the unique business needs and objectives to deliver exceptional client service.
Outside of the courtroom, Allyson provides trusted advice and counsel to clients on various employment issues, including evaluating pay equity compliance and implementing reductions-in-force. She has experience guiding clients through internal investigations relating to employee complaints and sensitive personnel matters; drafting and negotiating employment, severance, and general release agreements; crafting effective and compliant personnel policies; evaluating pay equity compliance; and advising clients on reductions-in-force and restructuring, including complying with requirements under WARN and state mini-WARNs.
