Aakshita Bansal is a corporate and business transactions associate advising emerging companies and venture investors across technology-enabled industries, including food & beverage, energy, healthcare and digital health, and entertainment. She guides clients through every stage of the business lifecycle: from formation and early financings to later rounds and exits, structuring venture financings, M&A, tender offers, and corporate restructurings with an eye toward long-term capital and governance strategy.
