Emily Black is a senior associate in the firm's commercial litigation group. She represents clients across key industries in a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, consumer protection, employment, securities, and class action cases.

In addition to commercial litigation, Emily regularly represents clients in government investigations and enforcement actions involving federal, state, and local agencies, including the U.S. Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and State Attorneys General.

Emily also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in immigration asylum cases and constitutional impact litigation.
