Marcy Blattner Micale is a litigator with broad experience in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in class and mass actions, privacy claims, and consumer disputes. Marcy has substantial experience in all aspects of federal and state civil litigation and arbitration, including large-scale discovery, complex motion practice, trial, and appeals. Based in Los Angeles, Marcy defends global companies and emerging brands in high-stakes consumer claims, class actions, mass arbitrations, and complex litigation in the food and beverage, consumer product, technology, and financial services industries.
