Julia Brodsky
Law Clerk
Julia Brodsky works in the firm's employment services group. An experienced litigator, Julia understands that the last thing companies want to deal with is a lawsuit by an employee. This is why she helps companies in multiple industries navigate the employment world and defend against lawsuits threatening their day-to-day business. She also helps companies establish their policies and practices so that lawsuits can be avoided entirely.
Julia handles employment litigation involving sexual harassment; retaliation; discrimination on the basis of sex, age, race, religion, and disability; whistleblowing; and fraud and wrongful termination. Julia also advises management on various issues ranging from harassment and discrimination to managing leaves of absence under the Family and Medical Leave Act and state laws, as well as traditional labor law issues.
