Mark Burnside is a member of DWT's litigation group in the firm's Los Angeles office where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining DWT, Mark was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jeremy D. Kernodle of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Mark received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School where he served as the Business & Communications Editor to the University of Chicago Law Review.
