Rosa Chong

Rosa Chong helps employers and businesses navigate workplace disputes, employment litigation, and compliance-related challenges. She represents clients in California state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in matters involving class action and PAGA litigation, wage-and-hour claims, and other workplace disputes.

Rosa advises clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, from early case assessment and discovery through motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Her experience includes managing high-volume employment litigation matters for clients in the healthcare, entertainment, and real estate development industries, where she works with employers to develop practical strategies for resolving disputes and managing workplace risk.

Rosa additionally brings broader commercial and regulatory litigation experience involving privacy, securities, patent, and government enforcement matters. Before joining DWT, Rosa practiced at national law firms representing corporate clients in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She also has experience working with Korean companies and brings a practical understanding of the cultural and business considerations that can arise when Korean businesses navigate U.S. courtrooms.
