Andrew Cohen

Andrew Cohen is a labor and employment attorney in Davis Wright Tremaine's San Francisco office. Andrew's practice has a strong focus on labor relations. He has defended numerous clients against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board, including second-chairing a trial. He handles all aspects of labor relations for employers—counseling clients who are facing union organizing activity, assisting with collective bargaining negotiations and the arbitration of disputes under collective bargaining agreements.

Aside from his labor management work, Andrew counsels clients on various employment-related matters. Andrew's employment representation extends to pro bono work where he has drafted employee handbooks and employment-related agreements for nonprofit organizations.
