Katelyn Feliciano is an associate in DWT's litigation practice group. She has assisted with litigation at the trial and appellate court levels in both state and federal court and has participated in corporate investigations. In addition to legal drafting and discovery work, Katelyn has worked with clients to develop corporate governance guidance, navigate domestic and international data privacy and cybersecurity laws, and takes other proactive measures to keep clients out of legal trouble.
Katelyn has experience litigating and advising in a number of areas including real estate contractual disputes; fraud; data privacy and cybersecurity; consumer, worker, and tenant rights; and impact litigation. Before joining DWT, Katelyn provided pro bono legal services on a tenant's rights class action and organized an asylum and name change clinic to provide legal services to the Latino/a and LGBTQ+ communities.
