Natalie Fox
Associate
Natalie Fox is an employment and labor litigation associate. She defends employers from wage-and-hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) lawsuits, including those alleging meal and rest break, overtime, and wage statement violations. When litigation arises, Natalie zealously prepares her clients to defeat claims and provides a full range of litigation services, including drafting pretrial motions, engaging in discovery, conducting fact investigations, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in trial. She leverages her litigation experience to provide clients advice on day-to-day employment issues such as drafting compliant policies. Her practice also extends to the investigation and defense of single-plaintiff employment disputes.
Natalie maintains a robust pro bono practice, supporting nonprofit employers and helping clients with myriad legal issues, including immigration, restraining orders, and LGBTQ+-related services.
