Jake Freed is a litigator with experience across a wide range of practice areas and industries. His practice focuses on dispute resolution for the restaurant industry, financial services litigation, and intellectual property enforcement for technology companies.

Jake’s broad litigation experience in federal and state courts, in California and beyond, combined with his extensive background in science and teaching, enables him to deliver strong advocacy and insightful command of the facts and law, in any type of case, for any type of client. His business experience as the founder and CEO of two restaurant concepts gives him unique problem-solving skills for the restaurant and retail industries.
