Boya Gou is a member of the firm's technology, privacy, and security group where she counsels clients in matters involving technology, intellectual property, and commercial transactions. She has worked with multinational corporations to draft and negotiate business agreements for software and data licensing, cloud service, distributor/reseller, gaming, and complex procurement of technology and services. Boya has also assisted clients with identifying, analyzing, and assessing potential legal and business risks to figure out practical and innovative approaches that get complex business deals done.
