Boya Gou is a member of the firm's technology, privacy, and security group where she counsels clients in matters involving technology transactions and intellectual property. Her practice includes helping clients to draft agreements on software licensing, data licensing, and distributor/reseller agreements. Boya also has experience conducting research on comparative copyright law among different jurisdictions which she gained during her time with the U.S. Copyright Office.
