Alexa Graumlich
Associate
Alexa Graumlich is a litigator who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters. Alexa has defended employers in a wide variety of industries against claims of harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and failure to accommodate. She also has extensive experience defending complex class and representative actions involving wage and hour issues. Alexa has represented clients in federal and state court and before administrative agencies in all stages of litigation.
In addition to her employment litigation experience, Alexa regularly advises clients on a variety of employment law issues. Alexa also maintains a substantial pro bono practice, particularly focusing on immigration and asylum.

Wage and hour litigation
Representing employers in wage and hour class and representative actions involving meal and rest break compliance, compensation and overtime, expense reimbursement, tipping and gratuities, wage statement violations, misclassification, and other alleged violations of wage and hour laws.
Single-plaintiff litigation
Defending employers in single-plaintiff actions alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, and wrongful termination. Alexa has experience in all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial.
Employment advice
Counseling employers and drafting policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
