Alexa Graumlich

Alexa Graumlich is a litigator who focuses her practice on labor and employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation claims, employee discipline and termination, and related matters. Alexa has experience representing employers in a variety of industries in all phases of litigation.
She has represented clients in federal and state court as well as before administration agencies. In addition to her employment litigation experience, Alexa regularly advises clients on a variety of employment law issues. Alexa also maintains a substantial pro bono practice, particularly focusing on immigration and asylum.

Wage and hour litigation
Representing a wide range of employers in wage and hour class actions involving meal and rest break compliance, compensation and overtime, expense reimbursement, tipping and gratuities, wage statement violations, misclassification, and other alleged violations of wage and hour laws.
Single-plaintiff litigation
Defending employers in single-plaintiff actions alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.
Employment advice
Providing advice to employers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Specific experience advising employers regarding compliance with leave laws, independent contractor issues, internship programs, liability under federal anti-discrimination laws, and issues relating to COVID-19.
