Nicole Grinstein is a litigator representing employers in wage-and-hour class and representative actions, as well as single-plaintiff matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation. She handles all stages of litigation from early case assessment through resolution, including analysis of class and representative liability and damages exposure in complex matters. Her experience also includes labor relations and employee benefits disputes, including representation of clients in labor arbitrations and administrative proceedings.
Earlier in her career, Nicole worked in public interest and policy‑focused roles assisting low‑income and formerly incarcerated individuals in overcoming barriers to employment and analyzing workplace-related legislation.
