Wilson X. Hall

Wilson Hall is a corporate and business transactions attorney with a focus on representing emerging growth companies, venture capital funds, and private equity sponsors in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. Wilson assists firm clients on a range of matters including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts, both debt and equity financings including venture capital financings from seed through growth stage, securities, and general corporate governance. His work with clients spans a broad range of industries including food and beverage, artificial intelligence, SaaS, healthcare and digital health, and life sciences.

While in law school, Wilson was a Google Legal Summer Institute Scholar, participated in the Facebook Legal Mentorship Program, was a student associate in the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic, and was a founding member of the First-Generation Law Students Association. Wilson also previously studied criminal justice and, as student body president of Sonoma State, collaborated with university leadership to eliminate achievement gaps and increase graduation rates for students from underrepresented communities.

Prior to joining DWT, Wilson was an associate in the San Francisco office of Goodwin Procter LLP.
