Dan Hardin focuses his practice on business transactions and corporate law. Dan partners with his clients along all points of a company’s lifecycle, including formation and structuring advice, day-to-day “blocking and tackling,” addressing and resolving corporate governance issues, and helping plan and execute major events such as strategic partnerships, joint ventures, equity and debt financings, and acquisitions and sale transactions.
A focus on corporate governance (and a belief that success flows from good governance), including counseling new businesses on appropriate governance structures, and assisting small and family-owned businesses with governance disputes, and large businesses with corporate risk assessments.
Represented clients engaged in transactions in every continent (except Antarctica!).
