Eda Harotounian is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group. She works with clients across a range of industries on matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, unfair competition, and employment issues. Eda brings experience across all phases of litigation, from drafting pretrial motions and managing discovery to preparing witnesses for deposition and taking depositions of parties and fact witnesses. She has also contributed to appellate advocacy, including co-authoring an amicus brief submitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Eda previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Prior to law school, Eda worked as a research and development chemist for a major cosmetics manufacturer.
