Justina Huang is a member of DWT's real property practice group. She advises commercial banks and other lending institutions in real estate financing transactions, with a particular focus on affordable housing projects involving low-income tax credits and tax-exempt bond financing. Prior to joining DWT, Justina was an associate at another law firm, where she advised public and private companies on complex mergers, acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance matters. Her experience across transactional, litigation, and regulatory matters informs a practical and multidisciplinary approach to complex transactions.
