Daniel Imakyure works in the firm's commercial litigation group. Daniel, a former combat paratrooper with the Army's 82nd Airborne Division, helped create Cornell's Veterans Law Practicum while attending law school. As part of the school's Capital Punishment Clinic, and later as a New York pro bono scholar and investigator with The Death Penalty Project, Daniel focused on post-conviction death penalty litigation and investigations in Texas' Rio Grande Valley. He also taught legal writing through Cornell's LL.M. and prison education programs.
