M. Anne Ishinabe

M. Anne Ishinabe advises companies, multinational organizations, and individuals on a broad range of U.S. business immigration matters. She works with corporate clients to secure temporary work visas and permanent residence for executives, managers, specialized employees, and other highly skilled professionals.

Anne regularly handles nonimmigrant visa petitions including H 1B, L 1, O 1, and TN classifications, as well as permanent residence matters such as EB 1 petitions and EB 2 national interest waivers. She also advises on consular processing strategies and visa applications for Blanket L, E 1, and E 2 visas, helping companies transfer employees and onboard international talent in the United States.
