Tyler Jack advises employers on a wide variety of employment disputes, labor negotiations, government and internal investigations, white-collar criminal defense matters, and trade secret misappropriation, among other matters.
Tyler's litigation experience includes conducting prelitigation investigations, managing large-scale discovery, preparing witnesses to testify at deposition and at trial, and filing appeals. He also regularly represents clients in settlement discussions and at mediation.
Before joining DWT, Tyler worked on various litigation and commercial matters at an international firm and previously clerked for the Orleans Public Defenders in Louisiana.
