Practice Highlights

Water infrastructure agreements and water sharing agreements

In a world increasingly impacted by drought and water scarcity, Olivier crafts water infrastructure agreements between private and public entities to modernize water infrastructure and maximize efficient use of an essential resource. He also works with private landowners to enter into practical water sharing agreements and secure adequate water supplies for his clients.

Emerging climate issues

Olivier keeps track of state and federal policy developments dealing with climate change to highlight new compliance processes for his clients and opportunities.

Environmental remediation and litigation

Olivier works on contaminated sites to investigate and delineate legacy contamination and implement remediation measures to ensure protection of human health and the environment.
