Olivier Jamin provides legal advice to clients on environmental, energy, land use, and litigation matters. He makes sense of complex regulatory and legal processes for his clients, allowing them to identify their own path to smart business decisions with minimal environmental impacts. Olivier’s approach focuses on understanding the unique characteristics of the industries he serves and grasping the specific problems faced by clients to better tailor solutions to those challenges.
Olivier’s work includes advising clients on federal and state environmental compliance issues, as well as regulatory issues in the food and beverages industry. He also conducts due diligence reviews regarding permitting and land use for energy projects, breweries, and wineries; and provides litigation strategy advice on environmental cases. Olivier is also passionate about natural resources management, particularly water rights.
