Olivier Jamin
Counsel
I operate at the nexus of environmental strategy, sustainability, and business decision making.
Olivier Jamin advises clients on environmental, energy, and land use matters, helping them navigate complex permitting and regulatory frameworks to advance projects, manage risk, and align environmental strategy with business objectives. He works with developers, landowners, and companies across regulated industries on environmental due diligence for complex real estate and energy transactions, as well as land use and environmental permitting for renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Olivier is known for translating evolving regulatory requirements into practical, workable solutions that allow clients to move projects forward efficiently while addressing environmental and community considerations.
His practice also includes advising on emerging sustainability and climate-related issues, including Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs, and representing clients in enforcement, remediation, and cleanup matters under state and federal environmental laws. Drawing on deep experience in water, climate, and environmental policy, Olivier helps clients navigate high-stakes regulatory environments, assess long-term risks , and position projects and operations for durable success.
