Jessica Jandura's work primarily focuses on California regulatory matters. She offers a holistic perspective to clients operating in the communications, energy, water, and transportation industries. Jessica draws on her experience working at the California Public Utilities Commission to navigate the agency's complex processes. She assists clients with developing policy-based advocacy, legislative strategies, public grant programs, compliance matters, and licensing and registration.

Jessica primarily represents telecommunications, broadband, cable, and wireless clients on a range of legal issues. She also collaborates with DWT's energy, natural resources, and environmental practice group to represent energy and transportation companies. She is a member of a highly skilled team of California attorneys that advises clients on a broad range of regulatory and legal matters before the FCC and state public utilities commissions, operating as a part of DWT's technology, communications, and privacy and security practice group.
